Project 1 finished

 Don´t let fools work on your boat! 6 years ago two master boatbuilder refited the complete yacht and mounted new windows. As you can see in the red circle it was never watertight! After loosing the screws I could remove the windows with two fingers......

The complete Balsa Core was rotten or gone. Build the core new up with Epoxy and Microlight and also closed the holes in the body. Then mounted and sealed the windows correct with primer and all.

After varnishing, polishing and new underwater paint she is ready for "The Great Escape" or maybe just floating arround useless. Now up to ship no.2.......
